Class Descriptions

Yoga Nidra (Level 1)

Yoga Nidra translates as yogic sleep. This class is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice intended to induce physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. This yogic sleep is restorative and rejuvenating. Studies have also shown it can be beneficial for alleviating insomnia, anxiety, stress, chronic pain, negative thought patterns, as well as boosting awareness and focus. 

​*Yoga Nidra is a Specialty class offered only 1st and 3rd Friday's of the month. $15 per class, not included in packages.

Rest & Restore (Level 1)

We work very hard in our lives, and while we may sleep, we rarely take time to rest. Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely. This type of yoga has many health benefits: reduce blood pressure, improve digestion, increase fertility, reduction of insomnia and fatigue, reduce muscle soreness and much more.

Chair Yoga (Level 1)

Yoga is for every body! This class utilizes chairs and other props to offer various levels of yoga poses so that anyone can participate. Don't let disabilities, weight challenges, flexibility concerns, balance issues or other physical concerns stop you from soaking up all the benefits of yoga in your mind and body!

FUNdamentals of Yoga (Level 1)

This class is designed for the beginner. It is also for the seasoned practitioner that prefers a gentle movement class. You will focus on alignment, breath-work, cultivating body awareness and strength building. Yoga is a healing practice. At InBliss, you will be introduced to a variety of healing modalities and tools including: mantra chanting, crystal bowl sounds, and chakra balancing. You will leave feeling more relaxed and at ease. 

Vinyasa Flow (Level 2)

Step it up! A class to challenge beginners and intermediate students alike! Learn important modifications to poses. Honor your body, use the modifications appropriate for you in each pose. This is your practice, let your breath be your guide. Have fun, listen and feel all the sensations your body expresses in yoga. 

Ashtanga Mix (Level 3)

This class is a physically demanding practice that incorporates many Sun Salutations, twists, arm strengthening chaturangas, and jump backs in a heated room. This is a cardio pump. You will sweat and detox and become stronger than you ever dreamed!

Powerful Vinyasa  (Level 4)

This is a Vinyasa Flow that prepares you to tap into your personal power. Build upper body strength through rigorous sequences. Play with lifting your own body weight in different arm balances. Leave feeling super charged, with vitality and vigor.
